Job summary

Ericsson Saudi Arabia seeks a Vendor Enablement E2E Lead to support field operations by enabling Authorized Service Providers to independently manage end-to-end delivery in line with Ericsson ways of working.

You will provide functional leadership, coaching, and governance to ASP coordinators, helping raise delivery quality, safety, and customer outcomes while building ASP self-sufficiency and scalable field delivery.

Qualifications

• BSc in Telecommunications or equivalent.
• 10–15 years in telecom field operations or related roles.
• Proven leadership, coaching and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement and capability development of ASP coordinators.
• Coach coordinators through live delivery situations.
• Enable ASPs to manage full delivery lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Establish regular cadence to review readiness, risks, quality and compliance.
• Monitor delivery performance and KPIs, drive corrective actions.
• Drive adoption of Ericsson processes, tools, and standards across ASP scope.
