Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field.
• 5–10 years in GSM field operations, telecom project coordination or operations support.
• Strong knowledge of RAN across 2G/3G/4G/5G and hands-on site activities.
• Experience with site surveys, BoQs, and installation standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Enable ASPs to manage end-to-end delivery from planning through handover.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and operational support to ASP teams.
• Ensure adherence to Ericsson processes, governance, and safety standards.
• Monitor field execution, quality, and compliance; resolve escalations.
• Support site surveys, installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance.
• Review BoQs, drawings, and site connections; monitor KPIs and reports.
