Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards. You will supervise supervisors and attendants, coordinate schedules with Front Office, monitor quality, and drive safety and cost-control initiatives in a dynamic hotel environment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and hygienic practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping management role in a hotel.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to meet hotel standards.
• Supervise housekeeping supervisors and attendants.
• Coordinate room cleaning schedules with Front Office and other departments.
• Monitor housekeeping performance through inspections and quality checks.
• Control departmental inventory, linen, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing housekeeping team members.
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Prepare reports, monitor productivity, and support departmental budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
• Promote a positive team environment and maintain high employee engagement and performance standards.

Job Description

As the Housekeeping Manageryoubring a strong commitment to cleanliness, operational excellence, and exceptional guest satisfaction while leading the day-to-day housekeeping operations.

• Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel standards.
• Supervise and support housekeeping supervisors and attendants to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate room cleaning schedules and ensure timely room availability in collaboration with Front Office and other departments.
• Monitor housekeeping performance through inspections and quality checks.
• Control departmental inventory, linen, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing housekeeping team members.
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Prepare reports, monitor productivity, and support departmental budgeting and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all Housekeeping procedures to be a resource when needed.
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management.
• Commercially aware.
• Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards.
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of PMS
