Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Vice President in Corporate Tax to lead day-to-day corporate income tax and VAT affairs for GCC entities. You will partner with the regional tax lead, engage with Finance and Management, and coordinate with external advisors to deliver consistent tax outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Arabic and English language proficiency required.
• Professional accounting or tax qualification is necessary.
• GCC corporate income tax and VAT experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong governance and risk knowledge for corporate taxes and VAT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day corporate income tax and VAT affairs for entities in the GCC.
• Support assessment and approval of new business initiatives and reorganizations.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities; lead audits and information requests.
• Engage with lines of business, Finance, and Management to understand operations.
• Coordinate with external advisors and the broader EMEA Corporate Tax team.
• Monitor evolving GCC tax rules; translate changes into practical guidance and controls.
• Prepare analyses, memos, and communications for stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen compliance and audit readiness.
• Maintain governance and risk alignment for corporate taxes and VAT.
• Track, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects with accountability.
