Job summary

Eslbar, Inc. seeks a Liaisonman II to provide advanced on-site supervisory command and technical leadership for high-risk Drilling & Workover projects. The role handles deep-well HPHT programs, multi-million jack-up assets, and workforce development under highly toxic gas conditions.

Qualifications include 10+ years in drilling with a BS as Route A or 15 years with a high school diploma (Route B). Certifications in BOP, H2S, HUET, Firefighting, and IADC are required.

Qualifications

• Route A requires a BS in Petroleum/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in drilling engineering and operations.
• Route B accepts a High School degree with 15+ years in Drilling Engineering and Operations.
• Intensive upstream oil/gas training with diploma is considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore and onshore drilling operations, applying international best practices for safety and efficiency.
• Direct advanced deviated drilling projects and offshore jack-up operations with top drive units and MWD tech.
• Oversee high-pressure/high-temperature wells up to 17,000 feet with heavy mud weights and high H2S levels.
• Lead on-site mentorship to transfer drilling skills and knowledge.
• Enforce safety and well-control procedures, including BOP and IADC guidelines.
