Job summary

Eslbar, Inc. seeks a Liaisonman III to serve as an on-site supervisory representative coordinating complex drilling and workover operations.

The role involves directing high-pressure/high-temperature projects, managing offshore jack-up assets, and mentoring crews to upgrade capabilities. Responsibilities include supervising multi-environment rigs, directing advanced drilling technologies, mitigating well conditions, driving crew mentorship, and enforcing safety and well-control standards in line

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of drilling engineering/operations experience (Route A)
• Ten (10) years of drilling engineering/operations experience (Route B)
• Intensive oil/gas upstream training with diploma considered
• Experience with major operators and Saudi Aramco preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore and onshore drilling operations as Rig Supervisor
• Direct deviated drilling projects and offshore jack-up operations
• Oversee high-pressure/high-temperature wells and heavy mud weights up to 165 PCF
• Lead on-site mentorship to transfer drilling skills
• Ensure compliance with BOP, IADC guidelines, emergency response, and safety procedures
