Responsibilities

• Provides management information and insights on area performance for discussion and decision making.
• Reviews contracts signed by customers and books them on internal systems.
• Estimates materials, labor, duties, and tools to deliver contracts per tender specs.
• Coordinates with factories, sales teams, and design engineers to gather cost information.
• Prepares estimation price lists including material, labor, duties, and transportation costs.
• Calculates margins and safe buffers for lucrative sales propositions.
• Maintains records of contracting activities through E-Logistic tool.
• Reviews key reports monthly to identify trends and drive improvements.
