Job summary

Atwad is seeking an Electronics Engineer to bridge firmware, hardware, and production. You will design schematics and PCBs, support prototypes, soldering, and board bring-up, and troubleshoot at multiple levels to ensure reliable production.

Role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong production mindset, and collaboration with firmware and production teams. You will advance autonomous system technologies through robust hardware development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Electronics Engineering.
• Hands-on design and validation of embedded hardware components.

Responsibilities

• Design schematics and PCB layouts for embedded electronic systems.
• Support prototype build, soldering, rework, and board bring-up.
• Validate and troubleshoot hardware at component, circuit, and board level.
• Collaborate with firmware and production teams to resolve integration issues.
• Assist in BOM preparation, component selection, and design revision control.
• Support production testing, manufacturing, and field issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation for hardware, validation, and production support.

About the Role

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer who can handle PCB design, soldering, validation, service support, and production coordination. This role is a bridge between firmware, hardware, and production, so strong hands-on troubleshooting and a production mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design schematics and PCB layouts for embedded electronic systems.
• Support prototype build, soldering, rework, and board bring-up.
• Validate and troubleshoot hardware at component, circuit, and board level.
• Work closely with firmware and production teams to resolve integration issues.
• Support service maintenance, failure analysis, and root-cause debugging.
• Assist in BOM preparation, component selection, and design revision control.
• Support production testing, manufacturing, and field issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation for hardware, validation, and production support.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Electronics Engineering.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• PCB schematic and layout design experience
• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar tools
• Soldering, rework, and board repair skills
• Debugging using multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, and logic analyzer
• Understanding of power circuits, protection circuits, signal conditioning, and grounding
• Familiarity with MCU-based embedded hardware, especially STM32-based designs
• Understanding of interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN/CAN-FD, RS485, PWM, ADC, GPIO, USB, Ethernet
• Ability to read datasheets, application notes, and schematics accurately

• Knowledge of power electronics, sensor circuits, motor-control interfaces, and industrial I/O
