Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in electrical power or substation projects.
Proven experience in HV and MV substation project delivery.
Strong knowledge of substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, and related infra.
Experience with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulatory approvals.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.
Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
