Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects, managing all phases from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage clients, contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant standards, and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects
• Proven experience managing HV and MV substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, and associated infrastructure.
• Experience working with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia regulations, utility requirements, and approval processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
