A leading contracting firm in Riyadh is hiring for an Electrical Site Supervisor. Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical finishing and fit‑out activities, including lighting, power sockets, distribution boards, earthing, and ELV systems.
• Review and interpret technical and shop drawings, ensuring accurate implementation in line with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation such as submittals, method statements, RFIs, and BOQs.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and testing & commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth workflow and problem resolution.
• Oversee material delivery and site logistics while maintaining safety, order, and cleanliness on site.
• Manage site documentation including daily reports, progress logs, as‑built drawings, and final handover reports.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in interior finishing or fit‑out electrical projects, ideally within administrative buildings or government projects.
• Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings, BOQs, and preparing shop drawings.
• Familiarity with low-voltage and ELV systems, as well as local and international standards.
• Skilled in site supervision, coordination, and quality/safety control.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English and Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Knowledge of Revit or MS Project is advantageous.
