Job summary

Surbana Jurong seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead HV and MV substations projects in Saudi Arabia from design through handover.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover. You will manage client/utility/contractor relationships and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects.
• Proven HV/MV substation project delivery experience.
• Knowledge of substations, protection and control, SCADA, and related infra.
• Experience with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and approval processes.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects, managing all phases from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage clients, contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia regulations, utility requirements, and approval processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
