Job summary

ACWA Power seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor for opportunities across RO desalination and CCGT power plants in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise preventive, corrective and condition-based electrical maintenance to ensure reliability and safe work execution.

Role involves guiding technicians, coordinating with Operations and Planning, and ensuring proper safety, documentation and resource availability.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Maintenance is required.
Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
10+ years in electrical maintenance and repair.
Experience with RO desalination or CCGT plants.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical maintenance activities including preventive, corrective and condition-based work.
Oversee maintenance of motors, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, drives and electrical systems.
Coordinate maintenance across RO desalination or CCGT sites for availability and reliability.
Lead technicians in troubleshooting, testing, repairs and outages.
Ensure LOTO, permits-to-work, isolation and safety procedures are followed.
Review work orders and documentation; maintain equipment history and testing results.
Coordinate with Operations, Planning and Stores to secure parts and tools.
Monitor performance, provide technical guidance and ensure HSE and quality compliance.
