ACWA Operations is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and I&C maintenance across power generation and water desalination plants in Saudi Arabia. You will drive maintenance strategies, outages, and budgets to ensure plant reliability and cost-effective operations.

The role requires a strong track record in preventive and predictive maintenance, outage planning, and leadership of cross-functional teams in a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12-15 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant maintenance with several years in a managerial role.
• Experience in power generation or water desalination sectors preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance processes is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, long-term plans, and objectives aligned with plant needs and OEM recommendations.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines to maximize reliability.
• Plan and manage major maintenance outages including scope, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor KPIs such as equipment availability, MTBF, PM compliance, and backlog; drive reliability improvements via root cause analysis.
• Prepare and manage maintenance operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost control.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, OEM service agreements, and contractor procurement to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, IMS, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams for continuous improvement and collaboration.
