Job summary

GH Engage seeks a capable Construction Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee site activities and coordinate with the Construction Manager. You will ensure proper site setup, manage labour forecasting, track subcontractor performance, and maintain rigorous documentation and safety standards on a busy project.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years on construction sites and a mechanical background, with familiarity in data centre environments and strong proficiency with Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience on construction projects.
• Experience in Data Centre projects is advantageous.
• Mechanical background and hands-on technical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct line of report Construction Manager.
• Supervise temporary site setups as assigned.
• Manage labour forecasts and manpower.
• Notify manager of impediments to planned works.
• Track subcontractor performance.
• Maintain daily site log from lookahead programme.
• Document material usage and return excess to stores.
• Coordinate with client’s construction discipline team.
• Ensure site cleanliness and environmental protection.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Ensure latest revision of all documentation is used.
• Escalate design/execution issues.
• Attend Construction Team meetings.
