Job summary

Innowell Engineering International is seeking an Electrical BIM Engineer to develop and maintain BIM models in Revit for electrical systems, including lighting and power layouts. You will produce drawings and coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure design integrity.

The role requires 3–6 years of Electrical BIM modelling experience and knowledge of Navisworks for clash avoidance, with Middle East project exposure considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows and coordination practices.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, small power, and ELV.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, and containment models.
• Produce construction, shop, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM standards and project specifications are followed.
• Update BIM models with design revisions and client comments.
• Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Support quantity take-offs and BOQ extraction as needed.
