Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an Senior EHS Manager to oversee environment, health, and safety across 14 sites in Saudi Arabia. You will align with the PCS EHS leader, manage KPIs, and drive compliant EHS performance with cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop and implement EHS frameworks, lead audits and investigations, and coordinate regional EHS programs while ensuring regulatory adherence and customer expectations. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or EHS-related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, especially on energy projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to develop strategic EHS frameworks and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in resource planning, core process development, and long-term project planning.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strategic EHS frameworks and programs across multiple Saudi sites.
• Manage EHS KPIs, STOP WORK culture, audits, incident investigations, and reporting.
• Coordinate training, contractor management, and site EHS programs with site leaders.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and customer EHS expectations.
• Support cross-functional teams and build multi-cultural, high-performing EHS teams.

Education

Degree in engineering, environmental science, safety management or other EHS-related technical discipline from an accredited college/university
