Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior EHS Manager to oversee environment, health, and safety matters for the SEC2 BULK program across 14 sites in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to a PCS EHS leader and collaborates with GE Vernova Saudi businesses to unify EHS practices.

You will lead strategic EHS frameworks, KPIs, and STOP WORK culture, building strong relationships with operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and data consolidation.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, environmental science, safety management or other EHS-related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years work experience in EHS, with focus on energy projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strategic EHS frameworks and KPIs across 14 sites in Saudi Arabia.
• Drive implementation of EHS expectations with project activities, including customer sites and workshops.
• Lead the Project EHS Plan and site procedures from pre-mobilization to demobilization.
• Coordinate site EHS programs and assist site managers and subcontractors in implementation.
• Develop relationships with operational teams to drive EHS performance and culture.
• Coordinate EHS training and audits; ensure timely, accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Support incident investigations with Regional EHS Leader and ensure robust corrective actions.
