Job summary

Confidentiel seeks an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead HSE operations in a manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and implement the HSE management system, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safety culture across all factory operations.

The role requires formal HSE qualifications, 5+ years of FMCG/manufacturing experience, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You will oversee PTW systems and lead RCA-based CAPA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial or FMCG manufacturing environments
• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, IOSH, or OSHA
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and factory safety requirements
• Hands-on experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency management

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead the factory’s HSE strategy, policies, and annual safety plans.
• Translate corporate HSE objectives into site-level KPIs and action plans.
• Lead safety culture transformation through Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) principles.
• Lead and oversee the HSE team and ensure effective implementation of safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI HSE requirements, SFDA, Civil Defense, and environmental regulations.
• Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.
• Prepare incident reports and HSE performance dashboards for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean and TPM principles.
