Job summary

SSecgypt in Jeddah seeks a Support Manager to consolidate technical know-how, information systems, supply chain, inventory and investment projects within Metals. You will lead cross-functional teams, own ERP governance, and drive data-driven decisions for executive management.

The role focuses on standardising processes, managing inventories and capital projects, and ensuring digitalisation and reliable reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to industrial manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial manufacturing environments, with at least 5 in a multi-departmental management role.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement programmes with quantified results.

Responsibilities

• Own and standardise manufacturing process engineering standards, parameters and troubleshooting.
• Lead root-cause analysis for deviations, quality incidents and yield losses with verified actions.
• Manage materials specs, supplier qualification, incoming acceptance criteria and material evaluations.
• Direct Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen programmes with measurable outcomes (OEE, scrap, yield, lead times).
• Oversee IT alignment with business needs; own ERP configuration, governance and data integrity.
