Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O - Supply Chain Business Partner to support, optimize, and enhance Supply Chain operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The role acts as the functional link between Supply Chain stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements translate into ERP solutions that improve process efficiency, automation, visibility, and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional roles with strong exposure to Supply Chain modules.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MRP, Master Planning, Production Planning, and Production Control.
• Experience with D365 Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS).
• Experience with BOMs, routes, resource planning, replenishment, and production orders.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating FRDs and functional specs, and performing UAT.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional point of contact for Supply Chain teams.
• Translate business requirements into D365 F&O solutions to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics teams.
• Support and optimize MRP and Master Planning processes within D365 F&O.
• Maintain and improve planning parameters, lead times, and replenishment strategies.
• Assist in production planning, scheduling, and production order management.
• Work with BOMs, routes, and capacity planning for production.
• Analyze planning issues and improve inventory accuracy and availability.
• Support D365 Advanced Warehouse Management processes and warehouse configurations.
• Assist in inbound/outbound, picking, packing, put-away, replenishment, and counts.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and system integrations across Supply Chain.
• Prepare FRDs and functional specifications; support testing and post-go-live activities.
