Job summary

Concentrix in Riyadh is seeking a Trainer I to deliver client-focused training for new hires and product updates, ensuring readiness for production. You will coach trainees, present materials, and drive learning outcomes in a dynamic classroom setting.

You will monitor progress, collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth transitions to production, and maintain current product knowledge through meetings and side-by-side observations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in training methodologies and soft skills delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily training activities for the program classroom, monitor trainee progress and provide coaching.
• Deliver training using varied methods: classroom, hands-on demos, and materials support.
• Prepare and present training materials and ensure learners meet performance metrics.
• Support deployment from training to production, ensuring competency levels meet business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge by attending meetings and observing sessions.
• Collaborate with Managers and other teams to ensure clear communication and continuity.
• Assist Instructional Design with development of training materials for different delivery modes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend curriculum enhancements.
• Participate in continuous learning and change management related to products and services.
