Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping operations and monitor the movement of outbound and inbound shipments.
Work closely with warehouse teams, sales departments, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Track shipment readiness, loading schedules, and delivery timelines.
Review shipping invoices, delivery notes, and related documents for accuracy.
Enter, organize, and archive shipping records and documentation electronically.
Resolve day-to-day shipping and logistics issues while maintaining operational efficiency.
Support effective communication between all parties involved in the shipping process.
