Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating DTF printing machines or equivalent digital printing systems.
• Strong understanding of DTF workflow including artwork preparation and transfer process.
• Hands-on experience with RIP software (e.g., Acrorip, CADlink).
• Familiarity with different garment types and substrates.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot DTF printing machines.
• Prepare artwork using design and RIP software for film output.
• Monitor printing jobs to ensure color consistency and quality.
• Perform daily maintenance and calibration of printers.
