Job summary

Dewan Consultants, on behalf of a leading client in Saudi Arabia, seeks experienced Rotogravure Printing Operators with hands-on experience in flex packaging. Set up and operate Rotogravure presses, monitor quality, and lead the printing team when needed.

Candidates must have at least five years in rotogravure in flexible packaging, knowledge of cylinders, inks, doctor blades, color matching, and registration, and be able to maintain records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rotogravure Printing Operator.
• Mandatory experience in the Flexible Packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of Rotogravure Printing Machines.
• Experience with printing cylinders, inks, doctor blades, color matching, and registration.
• Knowledge of printing quality standards and machine troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor Rotogravure Printing Machines.
• Install and change printing cylinders, inks, doctor blades, and printing materials.
• Lead and coordinate the printing team when required.
• Maintain production records, material consumption, waste, and downtime reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, machine cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Rotogravure Printing Operators for a leading client in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating Rotogravure Printing Machines in the Flexible Packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor Rotogravure Printing Machines.
• Install and change printing cylinders, inks, doctor blades, and printing materials.
• Perform job changeovers, machine cleaning, and routine operational checks.
• Monitor printing quality, color registration, viscosity, tension, and drying parameters.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow production orders and approved job specifications.
• Minimize material wastage, machine downtime, and production losses.
• Identify printing and machine-related problems and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Lead and coordinate the printing team when required.
• Maintain production records, material consumption, waste, and downtime reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, machine cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures.

Salary & Benefits

• Total Salary: SAR 2,800 per month
• Basic Salary: SAR 1,000
• Allowance: SAR 990
• Overtime: SAR 810 (3 hours per working day)
• Working Hours: 11 hours per day (8 Basic + 3 OT)
