Job Responsibilities

JD Logistics is seeking a Drone Delivery Operations Manager to lead and execute our innovative drone delivery projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Research and analyze the business environment for drone delivery in the Saudi market, and conduct preliminary assessments of hardware/software product requirements.
• Collaborate with domestic teams to assist in defining detailed product requirements for hardware and software, and contribute to the development of overseas product solutions.
• Monitor and track Saudi civil aviation policies and regulations, and manage operational license applications.
• Participate in managing the development progress of overseas product solutions, adjust plans as needed, and track delivery timelines to ensure on-time completion.
• Work with operations teams to design end-to-end solutions (including operational workflows) and implement localized deployment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years in drone operations, logistics management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in overseas drone operations and establishing flight routes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly in the Middle East.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and high resilience under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
