Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking experienced Diamond Core and Reverse Circulation (RC) Drillers to join mining and exploration projects in Taif, Saudi Arabia. You will operate high-performance rigs and work to safety and productivity standards.

This 1-year renewable contract offers a monthly salary up to SAR 15,000 plus housing and a SAR 700 monthly transport allowance. Rotation is 2 months on-site followed by 1 month off, with on-site duties in remote mining locations.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Diamond Core or RC Drilling.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment, tools, techniques, and sampling procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting drilling issues and working in varying geological conditions.
• Basic English reading and writing for operational reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in remote mining locations with rotational schedules.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain diamond core or RC drilling rigs safely and efficiently.
• Execute drilling activities per project specs and target depths.
• Monitor drilling progress, ground conditions, penetration rates, and equipment performance.
• Ensure proper core recovery or RC sample collection, labeling, and documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot drilling challenges; coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain daily logs, shift reports, and records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, field engineers, geologists, crew.
• Comply with site HSE policies and PPE requirements.

Location: Taif Area & Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Salary: Up to SAR 15,000 per month

Benefits: Housing and transportation allowance (SAR 700/month for transportation)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain diamond core or RC drilling rigs safely and efficiently.
• Execute drilling activities according to project specifications and target depths.
• Monitor drilling progress, ground conditions, penetration rates, and equipment performance.
• Ensure proper core recovery or RC sample collection, handling, labelling, and documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot drilling challenges, including stuck rods, water loss, and unstable formations.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling logs, shift reports, and operational records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, field engineers, geologists, and drilling crew members.
• Comply with all site HSE policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Diamond Core Drilling or RC Drilling.
