Job summary

alfanar Construction is seeking a skilled Drafter/Designer to support design and visualization activities across construction projects. The role focuses on 3D design, shop drawings, elevations, sections, and layouts to communicate design intent and project requirements.

You will create detailed drawings, develop 3D perspectives, and prepare proposals that show how products meet specifications, while collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment with client needs and project constraints.

Handling 3D design and plans, providing drafts and drawing concepts. Provide technical detailed drawings as per the given specification and requirements.

Key Accountability Areas

Design and Visualization:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, elevations, sections, and layouts for construction projects.
• Create 3D perspectives to visualize the design and spatial arrangement.

Proposal Development:

• Develop product proposals based on specifications. These proposals outline how specific products meet project requirements.

Communication:

• Maintain a good and clear communication with salesman for the project details and specifications.

Delivery:
