Job summary

Aramco seeks a Manufacturing Performance Expert to join Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enhancing downstream assets’ performance through data collection, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations.

You will coordinate with asset teams, develop dashboards, and present insights to senior leadership, driving continuous improvement in operating and financial performance across the downstream portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and knowledge in finance or Business Administration or a related field.
• 10 years of asset management experience in the downstream oil & gas industry.
• Experience in benchmarking and performance management frameworks such as Solomon or RAM.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of downstream oil & gas operations, including refining and petrochemicals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and performance metrics, and with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for asset teams, coordinating between GME and assets.
• Design standardized methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present assets’ performance data.
• Build and maintain relationships with asset teams across Saudi Aramco Downstream assets.
• Monitor and coordinate information requests, assessments and site visits.
• Collect and analyze asset data and performance metrics; propose improvements.
• Identify and manage potential risks to asset performance.
• Prepare presentations and reports communicating GME initiatives to asset teams and leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational performance of downstream assets (CASH OPEX, turnarounds costs, maintenance).
• Benchmark performance against industry leaders and internal data using Solomon/RAM.
• Create and maintain models for reporting of manufacturing and financial results; conduct gap studies.
• Develop asset performance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Stay updated on downstream industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
