The project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

Provides document management and administrative support across the project team, ensuring organised, accurate and efficient coordination. Typically supports smaller projects where responsibilities span both disciplines, contributing to smooth project operations and effective delivery.

This is for Saudi national only.

You’ll be responsible for
  • Being a champion in safety first, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, sustainability, and team well-being.
  • Managing the planning, delivery, scheduling, reporting, and programme insights to support client and business objectives.
  • Upholding integrity through due diligence, strategic planning, and responsible decision‑making.
  • Driving collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and strong client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinating meetings, documentation, and office resources and maintaining safe, compliant workplace standards.
  • Managing SharePoint, Aconex, and system permissions, ensuring accurate quality checks and controlled information flow.
  • Maintaining work package matrices, supporting contract administration, and ensuring key processes such as RFIs run effectively.
  • Collaborating on carbon reduction goals and contributing to continuous improvement.
You’ll need to have
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Document control management experience.
  • Must be a Saudi national with sector experience in stadiums or events preferred.
  • Chartered or professional membership is advantageous.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
