Job summary

Egis is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller for our Diriyah project in Saudi Arabia. You will manage project documentation across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution to engineers and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong EDMS (Aconex) experience, and excellent organizational skills to support fast-paced project teams and strict regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in EDMS (Aconex) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain document control systems per project requirements.
• Receive, log, index, and distribute project documents with precision.
• File and retrieve documents for authorized team members.
• Coordinate with project members, engineers, and contractors on technical documents.
• Maintain version control and track revisions and updates.
• Prepare and distribute document status reports to stakeholders.
• Perform QA checks to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
• Manage the electronic document management system and train users.
• Facilitate access and distribution for design reviews and supervision.
• Develop and refine document control procedures and best practices.
• Support closeout by organizing and archiving final documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality per regulatory requirements.
