Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a DLP Snagging Professional to identify, track, and close out defects and DLP obligations across Qiddiya City assets. You will collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and operations to ensure defects are logged, monitored, and closed per contractual requirements and handover standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Building Services, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction completion, asset handover, DLP administration, snagging, facilities management, operations readiness, or maintenance environments.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and service providers on defect rectification, inspections, close-out activities, and warranty management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day DLP and snagging activities across assigned assets, ensuring defects and incomplete works are logged and tracked.
• Participate in inspections, snagging reviews, defect verification visits, and close-out assessments with project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain defect and snag registers with ownership, priority, target dates, status updates, and close-out documentation.
• Monitor progress of defect rectification works and follow up with contractors to ensure timely closure.
• Review handover documentation including O&M manuals, warranties, asset registers, testing records, and training documentation.
• Update CAFM/CMMS systems, snagging platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools for accurate defect tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support defect resolution and interface management.
• Contribute to readiness reviews, defect reporting, contractor performance monitoring, warranty tracking, and lessons learned.
