Parsons Corporation is hiring a DLP Specialist - Snagging and Handover in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on defects liability management, snagging, asset handover, and operational readiness across complex assets.

The candidate coordinates with FM teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure defects are identified, recorded, rectified, evidenced, and closed safely and compliantly. The position requires a minimum of six years of relevant experience and a deep knowledge of defect

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• At least six years in Defects Liability Period management, snagging, asset handover, or O&M.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support DLP activities across assets during the defects liability period.
• Coordinate snagging and defect close-out from identification to formal acceptance.
• Participate in inspections and walkthroughs with project and operational teams.
• Maintain defect records with evidence and assign priorities.
• Ensure timely closure and escalation of high-risk defects.
• Review O&M manuals, asset registers, and warranty information.
