Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company seeks an experienced Dive Center Divemaster to lead dive excursions, assist with training, and support daily operations at the asset's dive center. You will ensure safety, provide memorable underwater experiences, and uphold RSSE standards.

Responsibilities include guiding dives, assisting instructors, maintaining equipment, and contributing to customer satisfaction, retail activities, and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Active and renewed PADI Dive Master certification.
• Minimum 250 logged dives across geographic locations.
• Strong knowledge of PADI courses and standards.
• Hospitality and guest service experience.
• Diving health and safety experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to deliver engaging and safe guided dive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead certified divers on guided dives; ensure safety and high-quality guest engagement.
• Assist instructors with delivery of dive courses per PADI standards.
• Support Dive Center Manager in pre-opening and post-opening tasks.
• Maintain dive center appearance and equipment; support dive-related sales.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company policies.
