Job summary

Dewan Consultants is seeking a District Maintenance Manager (Retail Facilities) in Saudi Arabia to oversee multi-site maintenance across a chain of stores. The role requires strong leadership and expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety compliance.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors to optimize costs while ensuring high service levels. Frequent travel between stores within the district is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in facilities/maintenance management.
• 3–5 years managing multiple retail locations.
• Experience with supermarkets/hypermarkets and retail chains is preferred.
• Certifications like CMRP/PMP/NEBOSH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance across multiple retail locations within the district.
• Lead preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance and RCA-based improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, asset management and lifecycle costing.
• Coordinate with contractors, service contracts and SLA management.
• Travel frequently between stores within the district.
