Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking a Dispatch Agent to support fast-paced last-mile delivery operations in Riyadh.

The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of operational issues. Responsibilities include coordinating with delivery partners, monitoring active deliveries, and maintaining dispatch records.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Good attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently.
• Monitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframe.
• Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
• Resolve operational issues and elevate critical cases when required.
• Follow up on delivery performance and ensure service-level targets are met.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experience.
