Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director of Strategic Market Analysis to guide the rollout of a large residential portfolio in Riyadh. You will deliver market intelligence, develop quantitative models, and translate data into actionable recommendations for product mix, timing, pricing and phasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics or finance is preferred; MBA or masters in economics/finance recommended.
• Extensive management consulting or real estate advisory background required (3+ years, 6+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of real estate products and development economics.

Responsibilities

• Assess and segment Riyadh residential market to inform product rollout.
• Monitor and report shifts in residential market dynamics including regulation and financing.
• Identify high value products to increase marketability and yield.
• Create and maintain supply/demand models focused on residential assets.
• Perform scenario analysis on residential demand.
• Develop high level best-use analyses for masterplans and plots.
• Create presentations for senior management and BoD inputs.
