Job summary

Tradeics Inc. is seeking a founder-level head for Supplier Acquisition who will design the onboarding program, recruit the first specialists, and build a scalable acquisition engine from day one.

You will own the supplier funnel end-to-end, set targets, coach the team, and drive activation with cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, and Marketing. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales leadership or quota-bearing roles.
• Experience building a sales team or program from early stage.
• Record of prospecting and closing B2B deals recently.
• Experience acquiring suppliers or vendors at volume via multi-channel sales.

Responsibilities

• Design the supplier onboarding program and the acquisition engine.
• Hire the first Supplier Acquisition Specialists and build onboarding/training.
• Set targets, run weekly pipeline reviews, coach on prospecting/closing.
• Own the full supplier funnel from first contact to activation and reporting to leadership.
• Develop playbooks, scripts, and CRM standards for consistent execution.
