Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Head of M&A to lead the company's growth through acquisitions, mergers, investments, and partnerships. You will shape strategy, oversee deal execution, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and the Board.

The role requires strong judgment, advanced financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation skills, and proven success managing senior stakeholders across complex transactions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, PE, or corporate development.
• Strong experience in M&A transactions, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Strong strategic, financial, commercial, and leadership skills; proven senior stakeholder management.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the M&A strategy and transaction pipeline.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize potential M&A opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end transactions, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Lead negotiations with shareholders, investors, targets, and advisors.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, HR, and other functions throughout transactions.
• Manage investment banks, legal advisors, consultants, and other external partners.
• Lead post-merger integration and monitor synergies and value creation.
• Prepare and present M&A proposals and recommendations to Executive Management and the Board.
