Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an accomplished FP&A Director to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, shaping the financial planning for the kingdom's largest entertainment city project.

You will partner with executive leadership and operational teams to provide insights, build robust models, and drive strategic decisions while ensuring financial excellence and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (CPA/CFA) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within large-scale projects or real estate development.
• Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing FP&A processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in finance-related software and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Create and enhance reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics across the organization.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall strategic objectives.
• Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed financial presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Stay informed on financial regulations, economic trends, and industry developments that may impact financial planning.
