Job summary

Kerten Hospitality’s The House Hotel in Jeddah is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting for the property. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, 5 years of hospitality finance, and seniority with proficiency in PMS/POS systems and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of finance experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in pre-opening phases or project setup is a significant advantage.
• High proficiency in financial systems (PMS, POS, accounting tools) and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury controls.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Work closely with department heads to support cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoice approvals.
• Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities including system setup and financial procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to hotel management to support decision making.

About The Role
