ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests warmly ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Handle reservations room assignments and billing with accuracy
• Provide information on hotel services facilities and local attractions
• Respond to guest requests concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Housekeeping F amp B and other departments to meet guest needs
• Follow front office procedures and standards for service safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS
• Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive and personalized service
• Use hotel systems and digital tools effectively to manage reservations and guest services
• Share guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality
• Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions in daily tasks

CRAFT YOUR CAREER

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fluent in English.
