Job summary

Riyadh Holding Company seeks an experienced Data Analysis Director to build and lead the enterprise analytics capability from the ground up. You will architect the data lake, ETL, BI and model-deployment stack as the single source of truth for the organization.

You will deliver C-suite dashboards covering programme KPIs, financial health, risk indicators, and counterparty performance, embedding AI/ML and governance across four strategic pillars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, or math.
• 8+ years in enterprise analytics, BI, data engineering or advanced analytics.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the enterprise analytics function with governance and operating model.
• Architect and govern the data lake, ETL, BI platforms, and model deployment.
• Deliver executive-grade analytics for CEO, Board and KPI/KRI dashboards.
• Define enterprise KPI and KRI frameworks for transparent decision making.
• Design risk analytics including risk registers, KRIs, and predictive models.
• Enable near real-time monitoring of contractual KPIs and SLAs.
