Job summary

Ma’aden Saudi Arabian Mining Company seeks a Director of Technology Development to lead enterprise technology strategy, portfolio governance and execution. The role partners with Chief Specialists to move technology from discovery to scaled deployment, ensuring safety, reliability and operational value.

You will drive governance, value realization and executive reporting across the Technology Enablement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years in engineering, technology deployment or asset-intensive environments.
• Experience leading senior specialists or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience developing technology strategies and governing enterprise portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into a focused Technology Development portfolio with roadmaps and investments.
• Direct discovery, validation, deployment and scale of priority technologies with clear ownership.
• Establish value hypotheses and performance measures linking deployment to outcomes.
• Govern portfolio with investment decisions, stage gates, resource allocation and risk.
