The role requires 20+ years post-graduate experience, strong business development and governance capabilities, and the ability to drive profitable outcomes while mentoring engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or related engineering field.
• Master’s degree and/or Chartered Status preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years post-graduate experience in engineering.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role and proven business development.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic vision development and alignment.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities and bids.
• Oversee project delivery and profitability, budgets, timelines.
