Menasa & Partners is conducting an executive search for a senior Horticulture and Operations professional for a major organisation in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing large-scale external environments, with expertise in horticulture, softscape and irrigation operations, long-term maintenance, and asset lifecycle.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee O&M contracts and service providers, mobilisations, procurement, budgets, KPIs and performance standards,

Qualifications

• Experience 15+ years in horticulture and operations management.
• Degree-qualified in horticulture or related field.
• Middle East experience preferred and advantageous.

Menasa & Partners is currently undertaking an executive search for a senior Horticulture and Operations professional for a major organisation in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking to speak with experienced individuals who have a strong technical and operational background in the management and maintenance of large-scale external environments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in horticulture, softscape and irrigation operations, together with a strong understanding of long-term maintenance, operational performance, and asset lifecycle requirements.

You should have experience managing major O&M contracts, contractors and service providers, mobilisation and operational readiness, procurement and tendering, budgets, KPIs and performance standards.

The position will also require strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and work closely with senior clients, stakeholders and delivery partners.

Candidates should be degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience. Strong horticulture and irrigation experience is essential, and previous Middle East experience would be preferred.

This is a senior permanent appointment based in Saudi Arabia.
