Job summary

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a Red Sea Global subsidiary, leads strategy and delivery for B2B and B2C digital marketplaces across web and mobile. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in digital commerce, marketplace tech, or enterprise platforms with leadership experience.
• Experience leading commerce-to-ERP integrations and SAP S/4HANA familiarity.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale an e-commerce marketplace end-to-end.
• Experience in GCC market; bilingual Arabic/English digital experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B/B2C marketplace strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog with measurable outcomes.
• Lead platform discovery, evaluation, build-vs-buy, and architecture with Tech teams.
• Define supplier, seller, and customer capabilities including catalogs, pricing, and payments.
• Oversee order management, fulfillment, returns, and integration with ERP systems.
• Ensure security, governance, data ownership, and compliance across platforms.
• Drive performance analytics, dashboards, and improvements with Power BI/Data Lake.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and delivery readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Lead platform launch, testing, release controls, and live-ops post go-live.
