Job summary

Red Sea Global seeks a strategic leader to drive RSCTC's digital marketplaces across web and mobile, aligning business needs with scalable platform capabilities and SAP S/4HANA integration.

You will own the technology roadmap, manage delivery partners and internal teams, ensure secure operations, and drive performance analytics and adoption across B2B and B2C channels, with a focus on multilingual user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 10+ years in digital commerce or enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading teams and platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap and backlog for B2B and B2C marketplaces.
• Lead platform evaluation, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Oversee onboarding of suppliers and sellers, catalog updates, and pricing workflows.
• Manage order management, fulfillment, payments, and returns.
• Ensure SAP S/4HANA integration and enterprise system interoperability.
