Job summary

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company leads end-to-end supply chain digitization, delivering B2B and B2C marketplaces across web and mobile channels. The role owns the marketplace technology roadmap, guides internal teams and partners, and ensures seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems for catalog, pricing, inventory, ordering, fulfillment, payments, invoicing, and returns.

Responsibilities

Own the B2B and B2C marketplace strategy, product roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
Lead discovery, platform evaluation, RFP inputs, and build-versus-buy recommendations; define architecture with Corporate Technology including APIs, data, security, and cost.
Deliver B2B customer capabilities: company/branch accounts, catalogs, pricing, approvals, payments, credit controls, and self-service returns.
Deliver B2C web and mobile capabilities: registration, guest checkout, product search, cart, promotions, and notifications in Arabic and English.
Enable supplier and seller onboarding, catalog updates, stock/pricing feeds, order acceptance, and settlement workflows across marketplace models.
Translate operating models into workflows for order management, fulfillment, inventory, returns, and delivery status; coordinate cross-functional teams to prevent overselling.
