Job summary

The Global Search Company Limited is seeking a Digital Trading Executive to drive commercial performance and optimise the online customer journey from its Riyadh base. You will work with marketing, merchandising, IT and product teams to ensure the digital channels are commercially prepared, accurately presented and geared for growth.

This is a commercially focused role covering digital trading, online merchandising, campaign execution, product management and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ experience within e-commerce, digital trading or retail merchandising.
• Experience supporting online trading across websites, apps or third-party marketplaces.
• Good understanding of e-commerce performance indicators: revenue, conversion, AOV, stock availability.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing product data, digital content, promotions or online merchandising.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and an proactive, accountable approach.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital trading strategies, promotional campaigns and merchandising.
• Monitor daily and weekly trading performance to improve revenue and product performance.
• Ensure products are commercially ready with accurate pricing, availability, promos and imagery.
• Manage online merchandising across website and app platforms.
• Coordinate homepage refreshes and content quality across platforms and regions.
• Improve customer journey through merchandising enhancements and cross-/upsell initiatives.
• Coordinate digital campaigns across website, app, email and social touchpoints.
• Prepare and analyse sales, trading, product and inventory reports.
• Maintain trading dashboards and performance trackers.
• Support sales forecasting and demand planning via performance analysis.
• Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities; recommend actions.
• Coordinate product launches with pricing, content and stock readiness.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to resolve trading issues.
